How does your economic reality effect your art?
My economic reality hasn't affected my art directly yet, but it has affected my state of mind which of course has the potential to affect my work. My debt has limited my ability to plan for the future or make other investments. I can't think about buying an actual home until my debt is eventually forgiven through the PSLF. And though I don't have immediate plans to do so, I am afraid to marry until my debt is forgiven for fear that my partner could be held responsible for my debt.

Would your work look different if you weren't in debt?:
I don't believe my images would look different or be crafted differently. However, if I were not is debt I might be able to afford different materials for printing, framing, and presentation.
