How did you get into debt?
Student debt, living beyond my means in New York City, taking unearned financially but earned in sweat breaks from my jobs.

How does your economic reality effect your art?
Firstly, a lot ideas are based on what material and situation I could work with. And 80% of them are based on my economic reality. Secondly, a studio space would be ideal for working with sculptures, but now I work at home try to save money.
